Reeves Downtown School of Music

Monday-Friday July 25-29, 9 am - 12 pm, with a performance for families on the last day of camp starting at 12pm. 

Ages 9-12, or rising 4th through 8th Grade

Learn the ins and outs of musical theater with this exciting half-day camp! Instructors Christine Blydenburgh and Kate Carson-Groner will guide students through exciting group songs, incorporating acting, singing, and movement to tell stories through music. Children will play fun theatre games, practice healthy singing techniques, and learn simple choreography while gaining confidence in their talents. No experience necessary, just a willingness to try! The week will culminate with a brief performance for families on Friday at noon.

Requirements: Water bottle, snack, clothes & shoes that are comfortable for movement and will not fall down/ride up during physical activity.  Please inform staff of any accessibility needs prior to camp. RDSM is wheelchair accessible, and caregivers are welcome to assist during camp.
