Reeves Downtown School of Music

Open to all rising 4th-8th graders (at any school), the Junior Appalachian Musicians program provides instruction in traditional mountain music. Elkin JAM participants may choose between banjo, guitar, fiddle, or mandolin.

$50 for 5 weeks* (classes are every other week), and you are welcome to just drop in on the days you can make it. Please bring $10 per drop-in class.

Classes: 6/1, 6/15, 6/25, 7/13, 7/27 3:30 - 5:30 PM

This will be a more relaxed, summer version of JAM. It's a great opportunity to try out the program and see if you are interested in joining in the Fall.
